Rachel Jordan, RN
Administrator
Rachel Jordan serves as the Assistant Administrator for Westminster Canterbury at Home. She has over seven years of healthcare experience, focusing on maintaining high quality and patient outcomes. Rachel has a passion for serving the Hampton Roads community and was born and raised in Virginia Beach.
Sheila deGuzman
Director of Outreach
Sheila deGuzman has over 13 years of experience in successfully marketing home-based services in the Hampton Roads area. She is responsible for developing and implementing diverse marketing initiatives for community education and brand management. She leads her Outreach team to generate home health and hospice referrals from community partners within our service areas.
Sheila has a bachelor of science degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Master of Business Administration from William and Mary.
Michelle Dio, RN
Director of Home Health
Michelle Dio, a DePaul Nursing graduate, has been a Registered Nurse for 25 years. Michelle worked at Westminster Canterbury on Chesapeake Bay for 15 years in the nursing and rehabilitation center known as The Hoy Center. Michelle now serves as the Home Health Director for Westminster Canterbury at Home where she strives to provide great care and customer service to our residents and the greater Tidewater community.
Tammi Shaffer, RN
Director of Hospice
Tammi Shaffer serves as the Hospice Director and leads the hospice team in providing compassionate, patient-centered care to a continually growing patient census. Tammi has over 12 years of geriatric experience and recently obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
