COVID-19 Updates

The well-being and safety of our patients, team members, and community partners is our top priority. During this difficult time, we remain open and continue to care for our patients. We continue to monitor the spread of COVID-19 and are following recommendations provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), and Virginia Department of Health (VDH), including the necessary steps to reduce the risk of further spreading the virus. We have guidelines in place to protect our patients and our clinicians. While our Outreach team has limited their visits to our community partners to minimize the spread, they are available by phone and ready to assist with any of your home health or hospice needs. We want to thank our team for their continued compassion to make sure our patients are taking care of and to all the health care professionals on the front lines taking care of patients affected by the coronavirus.
